Climate education that connects: Climate Fresk workshop at this year's INTL retreat

The International Affairs unit set a strong example for sustainability at this year's retreat: almost 60 employees took part in the Climate Fresk workshop together - a complete success!

The Climate Fresk is a collaborative, science-based workshop based on the reports of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC). The aim is to communicate the causes and consequences of climate change and their interrelationships in a fun and understandable way. In teams, 42 cards are sorted and discussed - a serious game that has already reached over 1.8 million people in 120 countries worldwide. The workshop combines climate education with team building: it promotes critical thinking, strengthens team spirit and creates space for solution-oriented discussions.

At the INTL retreat, too, the team first worked on the puzzle together, then designed it creatively and finally discussed intensively how sustainability can be anchored in the unit's day-to-day work.

Would you like to carry out the Climate Fresk in your unit or integrate it into an event? Feel free to contact us - we look forward to hearing from you!
